About this role
Role Overview
You implement strategies for effective lead generation, faster conversions, and targeted upselling with existing customers
You are actively involved in operational sales — from cold outreach, to video-call demos, to closing deals
You handle inbound inquiries from our leads across all channels and drive them to closure
You design and run campaigns for targeted lead acquisition
You provide yourself and the team with a comprehensive view of competitors and the overall market
You represent viind at relevant trade shows & events — solo or as part of a team
You use HubSpot as the central CRM tool and maintain all information there
You regularly adjust sales forecasts based on current developments
You work closely with Mishal (Head of Sales) to further refine our strategies
You play a central role in helping viind advance Germany's digitalization and contribute to our sustainable sales success
Requirements
You are a true team player and can motivate others with your energy
You have an excellent sense for people — and a solid understanding of numbers
You bring extensive experience in sales and sales management
You remain patient in the often slow-moving B2G environment, motivate your team, and drive topics forward consistently
You know how to assess, challenge, and motivate people
You speak fluent German — both written and spoken
You support your team with structure and clarity — through clear communication and transparent expectations
You actively contribute ideas, prefer solutions over blame, and help shape processes
You are confident expressing your opinion while valuing constructive discussions
You foster a positive team atmosphere and are appreciated for your honest, direct, and constructive approach
You are prepared to be THE go-to person for all sales activities and to take our sales scaling to the next level
