Administration, maintenance, and further development of the Linux server environment.
Management of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user and access rights administration.
Management of network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewalls, VPN).
2nd and 3rd level support and technical assistance for internal teams.
Monitoring of system performance and implementation of optimizations.
Backup and recovery management and contribution to the IT security strategy.
Documentation of systems, processes, and changes.

Completed vocational training or degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
Several years of professional experience in IT administration.
Strong solution orientation and a structured way of working.
Enjoyment of responsibility and an open, service-oriented demeanor.
Knowledge of IT-Grundschutz (IT baseline protection), the NIS2 framework, or comparable standards is an advantage.
Willingness to learn, analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and a high sense of responsibility.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical matters clearly and understandably.
