About this role
Role Overview
Support the head of IT in all administrative and organizational tasks
Independent system, user and permissions administration (Azure Virtual Desktop / Exchange Online)
Management, maintenance and support of our IT systems
Planning, participation in and coordination of IT projects
Help desk and first-level support
Selection, installation, configuration and documentation of new hardware and software under Windows 11 (Multi-Session)
Conducting employee training
Independent administration of Office 365 applications and presentation of appropriate system solutions
Analysis and sustainable resolution of hardware and software faults including documentation
Maintenance and upkeep of the company website (WordPress-based)
Management of our cloud PBX telephone system as well as installation and configuration of our VoIP phones
Mobile Device Management (iOS-based) with Microsoft Intune
Coordination of all technical service providers, invoice and contract management
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent professional experience as a career changer in a comparable role with similar qualifications
Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems (desktop and server), Office 365, SharePoint Online and Windows Active Directory
Ability to program in C#; basic knowledge of Python and Java is desirable
Good communication skills to present new IT applications appropriately for the target audience, both verbally and in writing
Technical awareness of new trends and technologies, e.g., topics related to AI
