The role combines hands-on marketing tasks with digital campaign management.
The objective is to increase the visibility of locations, keep the website and all materials up to date, ensure content production, and manage digital performance channels.
The focus is on practical implementation, clear project management, and close collaboration with Sales, Operations and Commercial teams.
Marketing & Content: Updating the website and landing pages, organizing photo/video shoots, coordinating local teams at the locations for content production, maintaining offline materials, and supporting new properties at Go-Live.
Support for Sales & Operations: Creating presentations, fact sheets and event/trade fair materials as well as internal information materials.
Social Media & Newsletters: Monthly content planning and operational execution as well as community management.
Digital Campaigns: Managing SEA, paid social & display, analyzing KPIs such as conversion & ROAS, working with GA4, Tag Manager and basic SEO measures; contributing to customer journeys and email campaigns.
Events & Expansion: Supporting local events, documenting content and preparing all marketing components for new locations.
Requirements
You have successfully completed studies with a focus on Digital Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field and have several years of experience in planning, implementing and managing operational marketing and digital marketing campaigns, ideally in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, services or e-commerce.
You have very good skills in Canva, basic photo and video knowledge, and experience with CMS systems (e.g. WordPress).
You are proficient with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and CRM / email marketing tools, as well as advertising platforms such as Google and Meta.
You are goal-oriented, able to set priorities and maintain an overview and a positive attitude even under time pressure.
You work in a structured and independent way and have strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills combined with creative execution ability that is not afraid to take unconventional approaches.
You act responsibly and self-motivated, bringing ideas and inspiration that move the company forward.
Fluent German and English skills as well as willingness to travel within Germany complete your profile.
