They are seeking a strategic and data-driven Manager, Digital Marketing Growth to lead their digital marketing team, focusing on scaling digital growth and enhancing market presence through optimized web strategies and paid media execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end website strategy, including CRO, UX/UI, SEO, and personalization
- Build and manage a structured experimentation roadmap (A/B and multivariate testing)
- Optimize conversion funnels across the buyer journey (landing pages, demos, content experiences)
- Partner with product marketing and brand to ensure messaging clarity and consistency
- Drive continuous improvements in site speed, technical performance, and user experience
- Own paid media strategy across channels (search, social, display, retargeting & 3rd party partnerships)
- Optimize budget allocation to maximize pipeline, CAC efficiency, and ROIC
- Collaborate with demand gen and sales to align campaigns with pipeline goals
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and landing page experiences
- Predict, monitor, and report on budget pacing to ensure efficient spend and alignment with pipeline goals
- Implement and scale personalization strategies across web and campaigns
- Leverage firmographic, behavioral, and intent data to tailor experiences
- Improve engagement and conversion across key segments and personas
- Own SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and content initiatives
- Partner with content and product marketing to grow organic traffic and inbound pipeline
- Monitor algorithm changes and continuously optimize performance
- Define and track KPIs across the digital funnel (traffic, conversion rates, pipeline, CAC)
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to surface actionable insights
- Champion a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making
- Lead and develop a team across web development, paid media, and growth marketing functions
- Manage external agencies and contractors where needed
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Digital Marketing, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency in SEO, A/B Testing, AEO and managing paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), marketing automation (Marketo), and web analytics tools (Google Analytics/6sense/ahrefs)
- Experience in Drupal website architecture
