Develop strong ideas and design concepts for branding and corporate design projects — both digital and analog
Take responsibility for design development from briefing through to final execution
Design and evolve visual brand identities, including corporate design, campaign elements and corporate communication
Manage and ensure quality control of communication projects with a high design standard
Develop independent visual languages, looks & feels and visual key concepts for brands and companies
Work closely within the creative team to develop innovative and consistent brand solutions
Participate in brainstorming sessions, design sprints and in developing strategic brand approaches
Create persuasive presentations and confidently present concepts to existing and new clients

2–4 years of professional experience in branding, corporate design or visual brand communication
Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design or a comparable qualification
Very good knowledge of common design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
A strong sense for typography, layout, brand aesthetics and visual details
Experience designing communication materials across various media
Basic knowledge of motion design (e.g., After Effects) is a plus
Creativity, strong conceptual skills and a structured, professional working approach
Team spirit, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility
