Overall responsibility for the company’s contract management and legal matters
Act as Compliance Officer in accordance with MaRisk
Establishment, further development and monitoring of the Compliance Management System
Planning, implementation and monitoring of compliance measures
Close collaboration and interface management with the Executive Board, Sales, Operations and Risk
Preparation of compliance reports, KPIs and presentations
Coordination and management of external law firms and consultants
Analysis of legal and regulatory requirements and continuous improvement of processes

Degree in Law or an equivalent legal qualification
Several years of professional experience as Legal Counsel and/or Compliance Officer
Solid knowledge of banking and supervisory law (e.g., KWG, MaRisk, GDPR)
Experience working with regulators, auditors or internal audit
Highly structured, solution-oriented working style
Excellent German (C2) and English (C2) skills
