Own and grow the UK & Ireland pharma & biotech market
Drive new business (~80%) and expand existing accounts
Identify target accounts and build a strong enterprise pipeline
Execute go-to-market and account strategies
Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from discovery, to negotiation and closing
Represent eschbach at industry events, conferences and customer workshops
Leverage BDR, Marketing and Sales Ops support for outreach and campaigns
Lead commercial negotiations and contract processes
Travel across UK & Ireland
Requirements
At least 4 years of experiences selling complex SaaS / Enterprise solutions to B2B customers
At least 4 years of sales experiences in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry, ideally with manufacturing operations or quality stakeholders (e.g. Production, Operations, QA/QC, Digital OT)
You love hunting: identifying new opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders and closing deals
You are comfortable with multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and value-based selling
Strong communication skills and a confident, credible presence with pharma decision-makers
Excellent listening, discovery and presentation abilities
Able to navigate GxP / regulated environments and speak the language of operations, quality and EHS is a plus
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
