You independently or as part of a team develop strategies for acquiring new customers
You conduct competitor analyses and market monitoring and provide recommendations to product management to improve the company’s product portfolio
You coordinate and schedule workshops for customers and prospects and prepare suitable proposals and concepts to address their requirements
You are the point of contact for our customers and prospects and advise them on all aspects of digitalization related to ORGA-SOFT® products
Together with our consultants you determine the needs of prospects and conduct product presentations with them online or on-site
Afterwards you develop solution concepts for the implementation of INTEGRA® and support prospects throughout the entire acquisition phase up to contract signing
In after-sales you care for existing customers and regularly inform them about product improvements and new features.
Requirements
You have a successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable, solid vocational qualification
Strong affinity for new technologies and enthusiasm for developing digital concepts for SMEs in the D/A/CH region
Ideally more than 2 years of professional experience in selling complex IT solutions
You are committed, motivated, responsible and a true team player
You are persuasive in your presentations at various decision-making levels and in front of audiences at events or talks
Excellent communication skills in German and English
You place the customer at the center of your actions and align your working methods accordingly.
