Lead full end‑to‑end SaaS implementation projects for international enterprise clients
Understand client processes and translate them into system configuration, integrations, and implementation steps
Proven experience with scope protection, project risk management and commercialization of out of scope work
Oversee data migration, testing, training, and go‑live readiness
Build project plans, manage scope, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
Ensure documentation, reporting, and high‑quality delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle
Collaborate closely with PM, Engineering, Data, Delivery, and Integration teams
Mentor and empower PMs, supporting knowledge-sharing across the team
Contribute to building a PM community focused on continuous improvement
Introduce and promote modern PM methods
Remove blockers, support capacity planning, and ensure team alignment

10+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in SaaS or product-based environments
Strong background with international projects and enterprise-level implementations
Strong coaching, mentoring, and best-practice implementation experience
Experience with integrations, data migration, and customer-facing delivery
Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams
Highly structured, organized, customer-focused, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to manage complexity, stay decisive, and handle challenging stakeholders
