Role Overview
- Provide personal advice and solutions to our members' legal questions
- Conduct in-depth audits of members' online shops
- Provide telephone and written advice to members on legal compliance in online commerce
- Research legal issues and topics in the area of e‑commerce
- Monitor legislative developments and contribute to the development and enhancement of our legal products
- Prepare legal information (e.g., guidance sheets) for our members
- Collaborate across departments with other business units
Requirements
- At least the First State Examination in Law (Erstes Staatsexamen)
- Ideally, initial experience in the legal areas mentioned above
- Enthusiasm for legal work in an innovative industry
- Interest in LegalTech and a strong affinity for e‑commerce and IT law
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Basic understanding of technical concepts
- Enjoy working in a team, with strong communication skills and empathy
- Excellent written and spoken German (at least C1)
