Role Overview
You design and deliver leadership, assessment, and development work for complex organizational realities, translating ambiguity into clarity and action
You build long-term client relationships, recognize meaningful opportunities, and help shape engagements through insight and credibility, not pitching
You support and challenge colleagues, contribute to consulting quality, and help grow the maturity of teams and individuals
Requirements
A strong academic background (Master’s or PhD) in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
Several years of experience in executive-level consulting, leadership development, assessment, or comparable advisory work
The ability to deliver complex client work and grow trusted relationships with C-level and Board stakeholders in highly demanding, successful organizations
Experience mentoring, guiding, or developing other consultants
Native-level German and full professional fluency in English
Intellectual curiosity, commercial awareness, and an international mindset
Willingness to travel internationally when required
