Establish online and offline marketing channels and strategies to strengthen and expand the DACH market.
Hands-on management of social media and content channels (from ideation to creation to posting).
Identify trends and opportunities and respond quickly to them.
Orchestrate the processes for planning, creating, and delivering content for our product and marketing channels.
Develop and implement an integrated, data-driven content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and the requirements of each channel.
Identify growth levers and optimization opportunities through rigorous, systematic campaign analysis.

Several years of professional experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e‑commerce context.
Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and an organized working style.
Confident use of common online marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
Strong affinity for digital channels.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work hands‑on.
Strong conceptual skills and an excellent sense for language, messaging, and design.
Knowledge and experience in applying data‑driven attribution methodologies.
Very good German and English skills.
Active content creator for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram (nice to have).
