You lead strategic projects and programs to rapidly and sustainably improve efficiency and quality across our operational units
You work closely with local craft businesses and installation partners to optimize on-site operational performance
When needed, you take on interim site leadership, stabilize the organization, and build a sustainable management structure
You actively develop the operations strategy through targeted operational programs
You regularly travel across Germany and Europe (up to 3–4 days per week) to understand and improve processes directly on site
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field
At least 5–6 years of relevant professional experience in operations, industry, or craft-related companies
Minimum 2–3 years of direct managerial experience overseeing technical/field and commercial staff
Able to build strong working relationships with hub and site managers
You lead operational teams with confidence and on an equal footing
You think entrepreneurially, act pragmatically, and take ownership
Fluent in German and English (C-level); Spanish is an additional plus
