Support the CFO Business Partner in managing, coordinating and further developing central finance functions
Work at the interface between strategy and operational execution
Document and optimize financial processes in collaboration with the business units
Contribute to the implementation of compliance policies and procedures and to the establishment and maintenance of the risk management system
Identify and document risks in financial processes
Provide functional and organizational support for ERP implementation projects
Establish and maintain the Internal Control System (ICS)
Prepare documentation for ICS audits and produce status reports
Develop and refine intercompany policies and coordinate with international subsidiaries
Determine allocation/pricing and transfer pricing rules in coordination with Tax
Develop and continuously update a comprehensive Finance manual
Participate in strategic finance projects
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
Initial professional experience in finance, auditing or management consulting (2–4 years)
Ideally experience in process management, ERP projects, or internal control systems (ICS)
Experience in the semiconductor industry or R&D environment is desirable
Good understanding of accounting and finance processes
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Knowledge of process modeling and documentation
Basic understanding of compliance and risk management requirements
Basic project management skills
Understanding of technology-driven business models and R&D-intensive industries is a plus
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
