About this role
Role Overview
Act as the face of 1KOMMA5° in inbound and outbound sales
Develop customized energy concepts for commercial and industrial customers
Support projects beyond contract signing through implementation
Responsible for proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and contract closing
Prepare robust ROI analyses
Persuade stakeholders through professional concept presentations and structured project planning
Requirements
Strong commercial/business acumen
Relevant professional experience, ideally complemented by a degree or comparable qualification
Solid project management experience in renewable energy, especially commercial photovoltaics (PV)
Confident and effective communication with executive management and contractor partners
Clear and accessible communication of technical matters
Well-established network among service providers, suppliers, or industry partners
Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented approach, ability to maintain an overview in complex situations
Negotiation-level German and English, both written and spoken
