About this role
Role Overview
First point of contact for managing well-known key accounts in all sales-related matters
Acquisition of potential new customers in the cleanroom sector (pharmaceuticals, life sciences, semiconductors, etc.)
Implement a generalist sales and consulting approach to ensure and optimize long-term customer satisfaction based on individual customer needs
Present services including cleanroom garments (decontamination, sterilization), cleanroom cleaning, on-site service, cleanroom training, consumables, and closely collaborate with the respective specialists
Long-term relationship management for A/B customers as the one-face-to-the-customer and identifying and leveraging opportunities (up-/cross-selling)
Handle customer inquiries and projects from the initial call through to contract conclusion
Close coordination with experts from laundry and cleaning services, as well as customer and sales support
Requirements
Relevant experience in B2B sales of technically complex/consultative services in the cleanroom/hygiene/cleaning/workwear sector or similar
Strong sales orientation, empathy, and the ability to conduct negotiations on equal terms
High level of motivation, perseverance, and entrepreneurial thinking
Excellent German and good command of English
Willingness to travel approximately 2 days per week and a valid Class B driving licence
