Develop test concepts and test strategies aligned with project objectives and risks.
Plan, control and monitor all testing activities across the entire software lifecycle.
Apply risk-based testing and prioritize tests according to identified product risks.
Establish and continuously optimize test processes and implement improvement measures.
Set up efficient defect management including clear defect classification and reporting.
Define and monitor relevant test metrics (KPIs) to make progress and quality transparent.
Provide technical leadership for test teams, support their development, and organize training or coaching to address skill gaps.
Clearly communicate quality risks and represent quality criteria to project management and senior management as a reliable quality gatekeeper.

Several years of experience in software testing.
Hands-on experience with test automation.
ISTQB CTFL certification, ideally CTAL-TM.
Knowledge of common test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Xray, Zephyr) as well as Jira and Confluence.
Proficient in test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
Knowledge of non-functional testing tools such as JMeter.
Confident technical leadership of test teams.
Clear communication of quality risks and presentation in a business-oriented manner.
Strategic, proactive and responsible way of working.
Native-level German and ability to communicate in English.
