Role Overview
Manage the day-to-day administration of Prime Dojo, ensuring learning is organised, accessible and professionally delivered
Act as the first point of contact for all learning and development activity across the business
Support the delivery of learning solutions, including eLearning, live sessions, external courses and certification programmes
Create, build and maintain engaging digital learning content in collaboration with subject matter experts and the Studio team
Partner with Learning & Development (L&D), subject matter experts and Studio to deliver high-quality learning solutions
Track, communicate and report on learning activity and impact
Manage the day-to-day administration of Prime Dojo, including calendars, schedules, trackers, filing and programme status
Act as the first point of contact for employees, managers and stakeholders for all learning-related queries
Coordinate all types of learning activities and programmes (live workshops, eLearning etc.), including scheduling, joining instructions, attendance tracking and facilitator support
Support the delivery across all learning tools/support including professional sponsorships, external training and certification programmes, including enrolment, agreements and progress tracking
Maintain the Prime Dojo intranet pages, learning calendar and communications to employees
Track and report on learning activity, engagement and completion
Collect learner feedback and support continuous improvement of the learning experience
Work with internal subject-matter experts to create, update and publish learning content
Build engaging digital learning modules using tools such as 360Learning, Genially, Canva or similar platforms (training provided)
Quality-assure learning modules for usability, accuracy and brand consistency
Edit and structure content into clear, engaging learning experiences (e.g. breaking down presentations into effective digital learning)
Curate high-quality external learning resources to complement Prime’s internal programmes
Own the day-to-day administration of the 360Learning platform, including user access, group management, course and pathway assignments
Maintain learning structures such as user groups, learning paths, dashboards and reporting views
Provide first-line user support and liaise with 360Learning and IT to resolve platform issues
Support Director, People & Culture Shared Services, in partnering with client teams to understand needs and build the right learning solutions
Track agreed learning solutions from design through to delivery and evaluation
Maintain clear records of scope, audiences, timelines, owners and delivery status
Requirements
Experience in a coordination, project support or administrative role, or a strong early-career/graduate background demonstrating these capabilities
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Digitally savvy, with confidence using systems and a willingness to learn new tools quickly
Curious and proactive, with the ability to work independently and figure things out
Strong communication skills and a positive, service-oriented approach
Interest in learning and development and creating engaging content
Interest in creating or working with digital content (e.g. presentations, learning materials or similar)
