You implement Salesforce solutions and advise our clients on optimizing their business processes.
You actively participate in requirements analysis and take responsibility for configuring and implementing Salesforce modules.
You prepare client workshops (e.g., requirements gathering or key-user trainings) and conduct them confidently.
You support PreSales meetings and present compelling demo systems to excite potential clients about our solutions.
Depending on your prior experience, you will deepen your expertise during the onboarding phase through certifications in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or other relevant Salesforce products.
Depending on your interests, you have the option to take on additional responsibilities with us in areas that suit you — whether in internal projects or as a mentor for less experienced colleagues.

Experience in software consulting; ideally you have already successfully supported projects in the Salesforce environment
Knowledge of the Salesforce platform or strong interest in acquiring the necessary skills
Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum)
Degree in (business) computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
Team player with clear, goal-oriented communication skills to prepare complex technical matters for the target audience
Independent working style, strong customer and solution orientation
At least fluent German and English skills.
