You elicit, analyze and prioritize requirements together with our stakeholders in the form of user stories or use cases, providing clear, actionable guidance for development
Take responsibility for requirements analysis and functional support, both for internal product integrations and for projects at our clients
Plan and lead workshops, interviews and analysis sessions to develop the best solutions together with clients and colleagues
Develop process flows, data models and functional specifications that serve as the basis for innovative and sustainable software solutions
Work closely with developers, software architects and testers to clarify requirements and ensure technical feasibility
Support functional validation and assist with user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of the outcome
Act as a communicative interface between clients, product management and development
In a senior role, additionally take on mentoring responsibilities for (junior) business analysts, lead cross-team coordination and contribute your experience to functional and architectural evolution
Requirements
You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or in a similar role – ideally in the financial sector or consulting (at least 5 years of professional experience)
You have knowledge of or strong interest in wealth management, investment processes (e.g. investment advisory) and regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID II, ESG)
You are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and with modern collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
You have technical understanding and interest in topics such as the software development lifecycle, REST APIs, data integration and system architectures
Very good communication skills in English – German skills are a major plus
You are characterized by an independent, structured and reliable way of working, combined with team spirit and international openness
In a senior role, you bring experience in mentoring or coaching as well as in shaping cross-functional decisions
