You are responsible for operational Sales Operations and ensure our sales team can work in a data-driven, efficient, and scalable way — as a foundation for sustainable growth.
You take operational ownership of our CRM system (HubSpot), ensure data quality, and develop structures that provide the sales team with reliable decision-making foundations.
You analyze sales data, create meaningful reports, and derive valuable insights to optimize processes.
You identify manual, inefficient sales processes and automate them using modern tools and AI-powered solutions.
You act as an interface between customers, sales, and internal teams, ensuring information flows efficiently and processes run smoothly.
You contribute fresh ideas and support the implementation of new AI-driven tools and technologies, working closely with our performance marketing team and external CRM partner.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Initial practical experience in sales operations, inside sales, or CRM environments
Highly structured, analytical, and reliable working style, especially when handling CRM data, reports, and analyses
Strong tech and tools affinity and an interest in automation and AI-supported solutions
Numbers-oriented mindset and a drive to measurably improve processes
Self-initiative, sense of responsibility, and willingness to act on feedback
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
