About this role
Role Overview
Customer acquisition & sales pipeline: Researching and identifying potential customers and actively acquiring them.
Presentations & negotiations: Presenting our solutions to prospects and leading contract negotiations.
Reporting & CRM documentation: Maintaining the sales funnel and conducting regular analyses of sales performance.
Requirements
Hunter mentality — a natural drive to pursue new business.
Networker: You have existing B2B contacts and/or can quickly build a strong network.
Experience in F&B and/or vending is a plus.
Multitasker: You confidently juggle proactive new-business acquisition and handling pre-qualified leads.
Customer-first mentality & team spirit: You prioritize customer satisfaction and think entrepreneurially within a team.
Language skills: You speak fluent German and English (at least C1 level).
