About this role
Role Overview
Prospect and develop new enterprise accounts across target verticals
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with VPs, Directors, and C-suite stakeholders at target accounts
Develop customized solutions by collaborating with operations, pricing, and solutions design teams
Achieve and exceed annual revenue and volume targets
Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in CRM
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Partner with account management teams to ensure a seamless transition post-close and long-term client retention
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2–3 years selling logistics, freight, or supply chain solutions
Proven track record of closing six
and seven-figure contracts with enterprise clients
Strong understanding of truckload (TL), and cross-border transportation
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Nice to Have
Experience with cross-border (US/Canada/Mexico) freight
Familiarity with TMS platforms and logistics technology
Existing book of business or established shipper relationships
