Role Overview
- You handle daily invoice processing and approvals in Candis and perform preliminary accounting in Moss.
- You independently manage our accounts payable inbox and record incoming payments.
- You support our Controlling team with monthly cost and profitability reporting and analyses.
- You actively contribute to creating procedure documentation and risk-control matrices for our core processes.
- You correspond with internal departments and external partners regarding payment statuses and payment reminders.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Business Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills.
- First experience in administration, accounting or controlling is a plus.
- Confident user of Google Workspace.
- Proactive, hands-on mentality, highly reliable and quality-conscious.
- Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
