Lead financial strategy and business partnering for existing in-line Brands and upcoming Rare Disease new launches
Serve as primary finance partner guiding strategic decisions to achieve Net Revenue and BOI objectives
Own full P&L responsibility
Direct month-end close processes including sales analysis and expense assessment
Oversee daily financial operations including inventory management and cash flow
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial processes for newly acquired business

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
5+ years of progressive finance experience
CPA or MBA preferred
Pharmaceutical industry controlling experience preferred
Strong understanding of financial concepts including Revenue and Expense controlling
Proven experience in Gross-to-Net forecasting and analysis
Proficiency with SAP and TM1
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, data analysis)
Demonstrated business partnering ability in complex matrix organizations
