About this role
Role Overview
Manage and qualify inbound leads, acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients
Identify and develop outbound opportunities using a consultative and strategic approach
Research accounts and map relevant stakeholders in LATAM markets
Develop personalized cadences (email, cold call, LinkedIn) based on market insights, value-added content and WGSN case studies
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team, ensuring a complete and relevant briefing
Act as a bridge between marketing and sales, contributing to continuous improvement of the ICP and demand generation strategies
Use data and metrics to optimize performance and conversion
Ensure data quality and upkeep in the CRM to support strategic decisions
Support the sales team with relevant insights to advance opportunities
Requirements
Native Spanish (required), both spoken and written
Intermediate to advanced English
Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Development, pre-sales or consultative sales
Experience with consultative B2B sales or market intelligence solutions
Collaborative mindset and team player
Strong analytical skills, resilient and competitively driven
Experience with consultative approach and strategic opportunity qualification
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Results-oriented profile with resilience and a strong sense of ownership
