You maintain and update product and company data with the highest attention to detail
You support monitoring of legislative changes in the VAT area for assigned EU countries
You assist in documenting internal processes related to data and contracts – clear, traceable and audit-ready
You ensure that information is properly archived
You work closely with Legal, Product and Operations teams
You contribute to improving data quality and data structures

You are currently enrolled, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Business Law or a comparable program, and have at least one year of study remaining
Very good German skills (at least C1) for precise data maintenance in our internal systems, and good English skills (at least B2) for collaboration within our international team
Ability to navigate complex rules and willingness to learn – VAT regulations are intricate, but you enjoy getting to grips with them
Accuracy and a strong quality mindset, with confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
Enjoy structured, responsible work with an interface function

Flexible working hours: 15–20 hours/week during the semester, full-time possible during semester breaks
Hybrid work: remote and in-office, once a week in Berlin-Mitte (possibly twice during onboarding)
