About this role
Role Overview
As a Support Engineer, you are the primary technical point of contact for our customers
You handle support requests in a structured way, prioritize them, and provide solution-oriented responses
You analyze issues in Linux or Linux-like environments
You assist with user management, authentication, and basic networking
You explain technical matters clearly and patiently
You work closely with DevOps and development teams
You document solutions, workarounds, and common error patterns in the ticketing system
You keep your knowledge of our products and platforms up to date
Requirements
Basic technical knowledge of IT systems
Experience working with Linux or Linux-like systems
Some experience with container technologies or web-based applications
Experience in technical customer support or an IT helpdesk
Good understanding of typical components of modern workplace IT solutions
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
