- First experience in account management or performance marketing
- Exceptional analytical skills (experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a bonus)
- Feeling comfortable to pitch

- A data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and continuous improvement
- Fluency in English (German skills are a plus)
