Claims Manager – Claims Handler – Claims Adjuster, Bicycle Insurance

Role Overview

• You are responsible for the successful handling of claims from notification through to settlement in the bicycle insurance sector.
• You respond to inquiries from our customers and act as the interface to our partners.
• You review claims for plausibility and completeness.
• You handle correspondence and coordinate with dealers, lessors and repair shops.
• You negotiate and settle cases in a targeted manner, taking economic aspects into account, with customers, claimants and brokers.

Requirements

• Whether you come from the insurance industry or from a workshop — what matters is that you enjoy understanding complex cases and resolving them for our customers.
• Structured working methods, technical understanding and a service-oriented mindset form the basis for this role.
• You have completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., bicycle mechanic / two‑wheeler mechatronics technician; insurance clerk).
• You already have experience handling insurance claims or working with bicycles and e-bikes.
• You follow an independent, proactive and responsible working style, always keeping a service-oriented approach at the center.
• You are customer-oriented, enjoy engaging with people and excel in communication.
• You have fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
