Develop and structure performance-content concepts for our paid ad channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google)
Derive concrete hooks, angles and creative formats based on performance data, tests and benchmarks
Prepare clear, complete briefs for internal designers and external creators
Select, manage and provide feedback to creators for the production of UGC content
Perform quality checks on creatives before deployment and evaluate results according to performance criteria
Monitor ad performance and derive concrete optimization and action recommendations
Research and evaluate trends, best practices and recurring creative patterns in performance marketing
Contribute to other online marketing topics related to performance content—e.g., landing pages, content formats, tests, analyses or smaller marketing-team projects.
Requirements
You have a completed degree, e.g., in marketing, business administration, economics, psychology, media or communication studies—or a comparable analytically and conceptually oriented program.
You think structurally, work independently and take responsibility for your topics.
You have a solid understanding of how performance content and UGC work in a paid-ads context.
You can draw clear conclusions from data, observations and results and derive concrete next steps.
You are able to translate ideas into precise, actionable concepts and briefs.
You work reliably, prioritize effectively and keep an overview even when handling multiple parallel topics.
You communicate clearly, factually and reliably, especially when giving feedback to designers and creators.
You enjoy working independently and do not require tight supervision or constant coordination.
