Responsible for product management of our software solutions across the entire product lifecycle
Analyze customer requirements from production, Lean management and quality management (QM)
Translate domain requirements into clear product visions, concepts and development specifications for software engineering
Work closely with development, consulting, sales and customers
Provide technical assessment and prioritization of requirements and product enhancements
Ensure our software efficiently supports and optimizes production processes
Support the development of features related to production processes, Lean methods and quality management in production
Support product launches, releases and ongoing product improvements
Support sales and consulting teams with product knowledge and domain expertise

Several years of industry experience, ideally in a production-oriented environment
Professional experience as a Product Manager, production manager or in a comparable role
Strong understanding of production processes and industrial operations
Solid knowledge of Lean methods (e.g., Kaizen/KVP, value stream mapping, continuous improvement)
Experience in production quality management (QM in production)
Ability to translate production domain requirements into software and product requirements
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and confident manner when interacting with customers, development teams and management
Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least B2, ideally C1)
