On a daily basis you ask how AI agents can deliver real value — and translate the answers into product features
You develop and design the platform that companies use to create and operate their AI agents
You evaluate, integrate and advance the latest approaches in Agentic AI — Computer Use, Browser Use, MCP, Tool-Calling and multi-agent architectures
You build integrations with SharePoint, Outlook, Confluence, Teams and other enterprise systems that make agents actionable
You orchestrate state-of-the-art language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Open Source) and optimize their use through prompting, RAG and intelligent model selection
You develop, test and document while making intensive use of LLM-based coding assistants
You take responsibility across the entire development cycle — working in a small, effective team with short decision paths and direct influence on the product

Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent background
Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of LLMs — you are familiar with models, benchmarks, frameworks and agent-based architectures
Experience with RAG systems, prompting strategies and agentic systems
Strong programming skills, ideally in Python and TypeScript with React/Next.js
Interest in technologies for operating complex software systems, such as Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
Desire to take real ownership in a young team and help shape the product
High sense of responsibility and the ability to identify risks early
Motivation and self-discipline to achieve high quality standards and deliver results on time
