Excellent degree in Computer Science or a comparable background
Several years of experience in full-stack development
Strong knowledge of modern UI frameworks, preferably Angular, alternatively React or Vue
Backend experience with Node.js and frameworks such as NestJS
Excellent programming skills, knowledge of best practices, and proven experience delivering software projects using TypeScript and Python
Experience with databases, particularly MongoDB
High sense of responsibility and ability to identify risks
High motivation and self-discipline; ability to deliver results on time
Very good German language skills
Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of collaborating with others
