Role Overview
- Understand the potential of AI and LLMs
- Develop (automation) solutions using LLMs
- Optimize LLMs through fine-tuning and prompting
- Develop agent-based LLM workflows
- Develop, test, and document using LLM-based coding assistants
- Be involved across the entire development process through to deployment
- Track emerging attack vectors against LLMs and develop mitigation measures
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent background (very good academic record)
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge in the field of LLMs
- Deep technical understanding of the Transformer architecture
- Experience with RAG, prompting, hosting, and fine-tuning of LLMs
- Very strong programming skills and PP
- Experience with LLM-based coding assistants
- Enjoy working in teams and communicating with professionals from different disciplines
- Very good German language skills
- High sense of responsibility and ability to identify risks early
- Motivation and self-discipline to meet high quality standards
