Supporting customers in the day-to-day operation of the platform
Identifying and resolving technical challenges
Implementing monitoring and logging tools

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Solid experience in operating and monitoring software applications, ideally in AI or machine learning
Practical experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and optimize complex systems
Team-oriented with effective communication skills across different disciplines
German language proficiency at C1 level
