You are responsible for the strategic and operational community management on Instagram and TikTok for multiple client accounts
You oversee, ensure quality, and further develop the community management work, including leading and supervising Visiting Coordinators
You derive community insights, trends, and activation ideas from platform-specific community data
You develop and implement community activations in close collaboration with Social Media & Strategy teams
You further develop efficient community workflows and processes — including tool
and AI-supported methods
You take responsibility for stakeholder and interface communication and actively shape the scaling of the Community Activation service

You have several years of experience in operational community management on brand channels
You possess a strong platform-specific understanding of Instagram and TikTok communities, including tones of voice and dynamics
You have experience in providing professional leadership, guidance, or supervision of juniors, working students, or external staff
You can derive relevant insights, trends, and activation potentials from community data
You work confidently with community management tools, native platform features, and tool
& AI-supported workflows
Excellent German skills (at least C2) and good English skills, both written and spoken
You are distinguished by strong writing skills, brand awareness, and a structured, independent way of working
Plus: You already have experience in social media agencies
