About this role
Role Overview
As an AI Solutions Consultant, you are the critical interface between our clients and our technical teams
Lead management: Qualifying and developing leads into long-term partnerships
Client interaction: Conducting needs assessments as well as presentations, demonstrations and workshops — remote and on-site
Process analysis: In-depth analysis and understanding of clients' complex business processes
Solution design: Assessing technical feasibility and developing AI solution approaches
Concept development: Creating high-level concepts and technical specifications as the basis for development
Contract management: Pricing proposals, contract negotiations and closings
Tender management: Searching for and responding to public tenders using AI tools
Pipeline control: CRM-based pipeline management and forecasting
Strategy development: Actively shaping our market positioning and evolving our sales and product strategies
Network building: Establishing and maintaining a relevant industry network (events, trade shows, LinkedIn)
Project support: Handover and continuous alignment with our technical teams
Sales automation: Continuous improvement and automation of our sales processes using LLMs
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree (ideally IT, business informatics, engineering, business administration or similar)
Professional experience in sales, IT consulting, or software development is desirable
Ideally experience selling B2B software, SaaS, or custom software development
Solid technical understanding of software development and modern artificial intelligence
Strong methodological sales skills or willingness to develop them
Ability to explain and persuasively communicate complex technical topics to business stakeholders up to C-level
Analytical thinking and pronounced process understanding
Experience with CRM systems
Negotiation skills, closing ability and a high degree of personal responsibility
Team-player mentality and enthusiasm for collaboration with marketing, engineering & product planning
Excellent German and preferably also English language skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel for client appointments
