Serve as the IT focal point for business areas, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, challenges and strategic objectives;
Support business areas in breaking down requests into clear requirements, helping map as-is processes and build to-be scenarios;
Translate business needs into IT solutions, coordinating with specialist teams (Systems, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security and Privacy);
Manage the demand pipeline, supporting prioritization, sequencing and scope definition with stakeholders;
Contribute to defining solutions, use cases and success criteria, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and architectures;
Support project and demand governance by tracking status, risks, dependencies and business impacts;
Act as a facilitator in workshops, alignment meetings and discovery sessions with business areas;
Communicate results, status and impacts, supporting leadership decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration or related fields;
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience acting at the interface between IT and the business (Business Partner, Business Analyst, PO, PM or similar roles);
Experience in environments with multiple requests, stakeholders and competing priorities;
Practical knowledge of agile and/or traditional methodologies, with the ability to adapt to the context;
Experience in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation and collaborative techniques (e.g., design thinking);
Analytical ability, systems thinking and strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
