Support the identification of opportunities to improve and evolve infrastructure, contributing technical suggestions.
Implement and maintain automation to reduce repetitive operational tasks.
Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to provision and maintain environments.
Collaborate with development teams to meet performance, resilience, and scalability requirements.
Participate in incident analysis and collaborate on creating blameless postmortems.
Help promote reliability and operational best practices across teams.

Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, Crossplane, Pulumi, or similar.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and container-based environments.
Experience operating cloud environments and working with high-availability concepts.
Proficiency in at least one automation or scripting language such as Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.
Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog, or similar.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions.
Understanding of SLIs, SLOs, and basic postmortem practices.
