New Opportunity Development: Identify, research, and validate new partnership and investment opportunities to identify opportunities to scale the business.
Financial Modeling & Due Diligence: Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to build data-driven business cases for or against new ventures and partnership opportunities.
Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Structure commercial deal terms, work with cross-functional teams to define technical scope, and negotiate partner contracts.
Program Execution & Launch: Drive the incubation and launch of new partnership-driven programs across key business verticals like AI, Platforms, and Commerce.
Requirements
Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles at software or platform companies.
Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities, or successfully incubating and scaling new business lines/products, within a large organization.
Strong data and commercial acumen, with experience in financial modeling, developing business models, evaluating pricing strategies, or designing KPI's.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional execution with clear ownership and accountability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Experience in platforms, game tech, commerce, or ad tech preferred.
Familiarity with and technical fluency in the Games ecosystem, from the game development to monetization.
