Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality behavioral health professionals
Implement a range of traditional and creative sourcing strategies
Lead and execute international recruitment efforts
Assess provider credentials, experience, and fit
Negotiate provider rates
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of behavioral health industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams to support network expansion initiatives
Conduct interviews over the phone and via Zoom/Teams
Educate and coach managers on behavioral interviewing techniques
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends in provider recruitment

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
Knowledge of LinkedIn networking; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Provider Networks, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through on tasks to completion
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills
Energetic and solution-oriented with strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
High level of organization with excellent time management and follow-up abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service
Proven ability to consistently meet daily performance targets and productivity goals
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and coach hiring managers
Self-starter with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
Strong organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required
Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer.
