Manage the day-to-day performance of CEC clinical operations
Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to direct reports
Ensure resources are aligned with meeting the timeliness requirements of operational processes
Monitor and report on staff productivity and quality metrics
Assess operational capacity and capabilities for managing new clients
Execute project and program work
Develop and continually improve the operational process to align with best-in-class strategy
Facilitate communication with clients, providers, and internal staff regarding CEC programs and program outcomes
Maintain knowledge of regulations regarding CEC programs
Develop a full understanding of Navitus Clients’ member experience and how the clinical engagement center contributes to improved health and wellness
Contribute to clinical operational tasks when workload requires it
Compliance with all applicable HIPAA and CMS regulations

Graduate of ACPE Accreditation School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or PharmD degree
Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in state of residence
5+ years of clinical experience including direct consultation experience required
10+ years of clinical experience preferred
Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred
Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
