As an experienced salesperson/consultant, you engage with C-level decision-makers on equal footing, identify growth opportunities, and ensure that identified needs become clear, actionable projects.
At the same time, you further develop our internal sales and growth structures.
You build scalable sales funnels, structure processes, and create transparency along the customer journey — with the goal of positioning sales at twomynds to be sustainable, efficient, and future-ready.
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development or growth, ideally in consulting, AI or data environments.
Proven experience in complex, consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong strategic understanding of business models, data-driven decision making, and value-based argumentation.
Confident presence and excellent communication skills at C-level.
High level of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment in building and shaping.
Excellent German skills (C1 or higher).
