Hire, coach, and develop a small team of enterprise sellers
Step into high-value or at-risk deals to drive outcomes
Set the standard for execution, pipeline discipline, and deal quality
Operate as a credible expert in contingent workforce models, compliance, and enterprise buying dynamics
Navigate complex procurement processes, RFPs, and executive-level negotiations
Translate market trends into stronger positioning and deal strategy

10+ years in enterprise new business sales within contingent workforce, staffing, HR tech, or procurement tech
Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals and consistently land new logos
Experience building, hiring, or scaling enterprise sales teams or motions
Deep knowledge of Contingent Workforce, Staffing, IC, AOR, EOR, MSP, VMS, and compliance frameworks
Strong executive presence and ability to navigate C-level conversations
High ownership, strong pipeline discipline, and consistent follow-through
