Role Overview
- Creation of assets for social media (feed posts, stories, videos, etc.)
- Adaptation and extension of digital campaigns
- Development of visual concepts
- Adapting content for different platforms
- Collaboration with copywriters and the creative team
- Monitoring trends and social media best practices
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Art Director (Junior or Mid-level)
- Proficiency with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of motion design and video editing
- Understanding of social media dynamics
- Strong organizational skills and agility to manage multiple demands
- Experience with social-first content
- Familiarity with digital culture and creators
- Knowledge of performance metrics and engagement analytics
