Role Overview
Assist in bringing Irvine Partners’ creative vision to life by supporting the development and execution of engaging ideas
Brainstorm fresh concepts for campaigns, content, and projects, contributing innovative solutions that align with client objectives
Take ownership of smaller creative tasks and projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and deliver measurable results
Collaborate with the team to explore new ideas and creative approaches that push the boundaries of traditional thinking
Support client projects by creating content, designs, and assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
Work closely with mid
and senior-level creatives to learn best practices and enhance technical and conceptual skills
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging tools, and creative techniques, sharing ideas to keep our work innovative
Participate in research and ideation to uncover insights that inform creative strategies and drive impactful solutions
Contribute to a collaborative team environment by actively participating in brainstorming sessions and providing thoughtful input
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client deliverables, ensuring attention to detail and creative flair
Build positive relationships with teammates, fostering a culture of support and creativity across the team
Embrace feedback as an opportunity for growth, refining your work to deliver increasingly strong creative solutions

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Proficiency in both Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Proven track record of designing, pitching and executing creative projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives
Strong organisational and time management abilities with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
