Requirements
8 -10 years of progressive experience in a learning and development, talent management, or organizational development.
5+ years experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelor's degree required.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
Expertise designing and delivering training programs for virtual and in-person audiences to enhance performance.
Proficiency in Predictive Index or related assessment tools, with experience integrating these insights into leadership coaching and talent strategies.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
