Lead the bank’s talent and leadership development efforts by creating and delivering programs that strengthen individual and team capabilities
Identify training needs and develop development strategies through in-house learning and external partnerships
Support key initiatives such as the Employee Engagement survey process, succession management documentation, and performance management tools and training
Serve as an HR generalist by supporting employee relations, leave administration, policy interpretation, reporting, and cross-functional HR projects
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including talent management and employee engagement experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Leadership, or related field or equivalent combination of education and training is required
Experience working with HRIS systems required, ADP experience preferred
Prior experience and/or exposure to benefits administration preferred
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or related credential) preferred.
